Terms of Service

By using Future Echo you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Future Echo is an AI-assisted reflection tool. You submit a decision; the app uses a large language model to generate a hypothetical 10-year timeline and a series of lens reads. All generated content is reflective and speculative — it is not a prediction of the future.
2. Not advice
Future Echo’s outputs are not medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or professional advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on the app. For real decisions, consult qualified professionals. If you are in crisis, contact a mental-health helpline immediately.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the app. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Future Echo offers free and paid subscription tiers (Visionary, Strategist, Oracle). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s store settings. Pricing and feature access may change; material changes will be communicated in advance. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google respectively.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to: generate content involving minors in sexual contexts, plan violence against real people, generate or distribute illegal content, harass other users in the Crossroads community, or attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying model. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the decisions and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service to you. We do not publish your content publicly without your explicit opt-in.
7. Community content (Crossroads)
When you share a decision to the Crossroads community feed you make that content visible to other users. You may delete your shared content at any time. You must not share content that is abusive, illegal, or violates another person’s rights. We reserve the right to remove community posts that violate these terms.
8. AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, biased, or fabricated. We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Future Echo itself has not been independently validated as a clinical or therapeutic tool.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep Future Echo available and reliable, but features may change and occasional downtime may occur. We will communicate material changes in advance where possible.
10. Termination
You can stop using and delete your account at any time (see our account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Sri Lanka.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
